Steps to Setup & Cast Media from Mac to Chromecast TV

Step 1: Firstly, you should connect your Chromecast to the same WiFi network as that of your Mac PC.

Step 6: Click on “Select Source” drop-down and choose the option. If you wish to cast only the particular tab, then choose Cast Tab. If you wish to cast the entire desktop, then click on “Cast Desktop”.

Note: You will see a blue cast icon on the Google tab that is being cast currently.
Step 8: Use the volume slider on the same pop-up to adjust the volume of the playback. Alternatively, you can use the Play, Pause, Back, Forward buttons on the screen to control the playback.
Note: When you have done with the casting, just click on Stop option on the Chrome browser on Mac.
